OUR STORY

Let’s take a trip back to 2010, when the rise of big data technologies like Hadoop and Apache Spark revolutionized the processing of large datasets. This era marked significant advancements in the field of data analytics. However, a major challenge was left unaddressed: the team with data access and processing capabilities differ from those urgently requiring actionable insights, such as CEOs and other decision-makers. Our founders, who, at the time, were working at companies like Capgemini, CSC, recognized this gap and understood that change was necessary.

Cue Tesser Insights in 2019! Here at Tesser Insights, we empower business users to work autonomously with data while reducing reliance on IT teams using our product, the Spoggle platform. This approach not only accelerates decision-making but also cuts down on unnecessary costs and effort. As technology continues to evolve, Tesser Insights remains committed to growing alongside our customers and providing them with the latest tools to meet all their analytics needs.

CEO & President A seasoned solutions architect with over 30 years of expertise in implementing Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. His deep knowledge spans analytics, data migration, governance, and quality. Passionate about innovative data solutions, he founded Tesser Insights and developed the Spoggle platform, transforming complex data challenges into powerful business insights.

Chief Operating Officer With 30 years in the IT industry, he excels in managing enterprise product development, complex transformation projects, and driving revenue growth. His expertise spans diverse sectors like F&B, aviation, defence, and e-governance. He leads Product Management and Business Development at Tesser Insights, steering the successful launch and growth of Spoggle.

Ravishankar Venkatesan

Head of Customer Success With 27 years of experience, he specializes in delivering tailored Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions for global clients. He has managed analytics delivery for industries like healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing, building competencies and overseeing large offshore-onshore projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Gayatri Mohan

Director and Principal Architect A platform architect with over 20 years of experience, she specializes in scalable technical architectures in data warehousing and big data, both on-premises and in the cloud. She has led transformation initiatives and defined strategies for businesses. Currently, she serves as Director at Tesser Insights, driving innovation in the analytics space.

Sriranjani Sridharan

Solution Architect A data warehousing and business intelligence expert with over 20 years of experience, she has successfully delivered end-to-end solutions to clients. Her expertise extends to developing machine learning and AI-based applications, making her a key part of Tesser Insights’ technical leadership team.

Aravindh Murugiah

Senior Architect With 19 years of experience, he specializes in developing modern data solutions and analytics products, focusing on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. His background in cloud infrastructure and DevOps ensures seamless integration and operational efficiency, helping businesses leverage data to drive value.

Saravanan Srinivasan

. With 26 years of diverse IT experience, he has led teams in IT support, application development, and large-scale project delivery. He has managed greenfield development, migration projects, and pre-sales activities. His expertise spans data analytics, industry-specific solutions, and IT strategy, making him a vital asset to Tesser Insights.

Ganesh Swaminathan

. With 33 years of experience, he has led strategic initiatives across industries and emerging technologies. Following a long tenure with DXC, he now serves as an advisor to Tesser Insights, bringing valuable insights into digital transformation and enterprise growth.

A V Rangaramanujam

. A business consultant with deep expertise in product engineering, supply chain, and operations. Formerly a Director at Capgemini, he now advises startups and corporates on sustainable growth strategies, using Systems Thinking and the Theory of Constraints.

Goutham Suryanarayanan

. A tech entrepreneur with 25 years of experience, he has built numerous products within the Microsoft ecosystem. As the head of Vyapin Software Systems, he brings extensive expertise in software development and business models, making him a valuable advisor to Tesser Insights.
